Made from  digital print knit fabric, this dress is the perfect twirling dress.  Made with ruffles that go from the back waist line over the shoulders to the front waist line, a knit fabric skirt and two layers of tulle. 

Please note because my items are individually handmade there may be slight differences due to fabric placement.
